When my world was closing in,
and my troubles never seemed to cease.
The only form of comfort I had,
were the tears I cried to you.

You kept me calm and stable,
reminding me of your awesome love.
Lord, you held me by the hand,
never letting go.

Tough problems are always there,
I am truly blessed.
